Clown.avi?

Anyone hear of this video titled Clown.avi?
Some weird video I can't seem to find anymore.
It had a person carrying a camera in a dark quiet town.
u could hear laughing in the distance. Along with some random balloons up in the sky.
I only saw half of it before it bagan buffering then just stopped playing all together.
