The Body is akin to a Machine. Abandoning its use / maintenance and it will rust pretty quickly. Even if it does, returning to the Basics is essential regardless. u are only benefitting really. In overall, there is no trick in improving your Skill in Martial Arts. u simply keep going. That is their way.

P.S. Of course, not neglecting your meals and a good rest can go a long way as well. They can be particularly effective over your being as a whole which will boost your performance when practicing. There is a to everything. Learn to acknowledge it and do not be reckless. Refusing to do so might do u meer bad than good !!!!

Definitely my writing and drawing! With writing, it's lots of practice, editing, and simply reading takes u a looonnng way. With drawing, it's simply practicing over and over again. I'm very happy with my skill level in both of these, but I'm always seeking to improve! :3
