A tip that migh help u with the motivation when u heal your leg. If u don't feel like working out of running, try dancing. Like - with warming up, verplaats learning and general choreo memorizing. Put your favoriete muziek on in the background and it will seem meer like a fun pastime activity than a workout. At least worked for me when I had lost my motivation. :)

Mental health: Um kinda been getting easily angry because of a lot family drama. I know anger just stress though and I will get better eventually. Also need to catch up on sleep..
