Is there a reason why Fanpop forums seem relegated to mini-games?

Or...I guess the Random club forums.
antwoorden seem meer like the place for discussion on Fanpop, however, forums lets u post multiple times (Answers lets u do it under certain buggy steps). enquêtes sometimes have discussion too.
Just kinda curious because one of the most used sites I use now is Gamefaqs, which is a game forum site. I'm very used to talking about games there, answering vragen and giving feedback and everything. Sometimes Fanpop forums are used for actual discussion, but a lot of times its just mini-games.
Is something about antwoorden and enquêtes make it seem meer discussion friendly than club forums? Does it have something to do with the notifications?

Also I'm posting here because this is a vraag and I'm bored, and I already know the answer to this question, probably, but I'm asking anyways just because.

Roleplaying is popular, so people post them in forums.

The entire site is used for discussion tbh but forums allows for a meer organized format for games/activities. That's why the minigames are confined to forums. To be honest the forums are still half-assed compared to other sites.

I always thought that the forums section was always for games and such.
