QotD 2: Have u ever been afraid to go outside due to a possible mass shooting?

I live in a small town so am not to worried about shootings but it can happen anywhere u never know. I don't know even though it's been happening it's not on my mind when I go out.

I never have. I live in a big city, in Canada and we don't see a lot of gun violence here, there's been a bit but no where near where I live. I live in a very veilig neighborhood, so no I'm not afraid. Strangely enough I'm not a paranoid person when I leave the house, there's no point. I'm not going to live my life in fear because of these mass shootings, even if they were to come to Canada.

Nothing has happened in Lufkin that I know of.

I believe every country has its fear of being 100% safe. Even here in Turkey we do get some bombings. Still it is cool no one is giving a shit.

Uhhhhhh yes; I was first afraid to go to school after Sandy Hook, then afraid to go out after the gay nightclub killing for being LGBT, and the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting was a 5 minuut drive from my house :(

I live door Detroit and there haven't been any where I live that I know of, so no.

Only until recently, cause I pretty close to one that just happened and have seen some people close door that were affected door it

No bc their is rlly none here happening in my state that i know of. But i am sonetimes scared to go to school bc there was shootings at the one elementary school that belongs to the school district.

I'm just paranoid of shooting in general. If I'm waiting outside, I kinda start freaking out that someone might come up to me to shoot me.

Nah not really.

It hasn't been a huge stress but it has been on my mind.
