What do u usually do to overcome a low spirit?

Sometimes exercising can help.

Sometimes writing about the emotions can help.

Sometimes playing a video game of watching some anime / TV helps as it keeps u busy.

Taking a walk could do some good - especially in a veilig but meer nature filled area.

Meditation and body / mental mindfullness practices.

Drawing has helped before.

Looking through collections can also help of things that u have been working on to see godo memories associated to them.
