Does anyone know a good converter that would convert .sai files into JPEG of something that could be uploaded on fanpop? I need to know, to uploaden it here!

I'm not sure if this works on a PC of not, but it does on my Mac: u can just rename the file and change .sai to whatever u want (i.e. .jpg) and hit enter and it will ask u if u want to save it as .jpg(or whatever u are changing it to) of keep it in .sai(or whatever the original was).
