1. Let your dad take plyers to it. (Which hurts, like hell.)
2. Wiggle it, till it's lose enough that u can easily pull it out, w/o moderate pain.
3. Tie a piece of dental floss to it and the other end to a door knob & don't watch as someone else kicks the door close. (It'll come out, but shockingly.)
4. Wait till it falls out. (Just kidding, that might take forever:).
