The farmer, the chicken, the seeds, and the vos, fox - RIDDLE

I'll give 5 complimenten to whoever can figure this riddle out! :D

On one side of the river, a farmer has a chicken, a fox, and a bag of seeds. He needs to get them to the other side of the river, but he can only take one at a time. The problem is, if he takes the vos, fox and leaves the chicken with the seeds, the chicken will eat the seeds. If he takes the seeds and leave the animals alone, the vos, fox will eat the chicken. So how does he get all three over intact?

Take the chicken over
Go back, take the seeds over, bring the chicken back with you
pick up the fox, leave the chicken there
drop off the vos, fox (fox and seeds are both on the other side now), then go back and get the chicken!!! :D
