I haven't watched the Ranma 1/2 anime, but I did see one of the movies (the one where Akane is kidnapped, I think), and I'd love to give the anime a try. I also own a bunch of Pokemon video tapes with the old episodes, and one of them had an advertisement for said Ranma 1/2 movie that played after all the episodes were done.
