Does anyone here think Rapunzel looks completely different in the end

Don't get me wrong I love this movie but I feel like Eugene cheated on her with another woman when I saw her as a brunette. Part of me wanted her to be [a] a brunette this whole time but she couldn't due to the magic bloem of [b] stay a blonde in the end with her haircut looking like it is in the end.

She kinda looks like a recycled version of Penny from bolt.
