Why do people think Rouge is a slut?

Maybe it's the way she's dressed. In my opinion she looks hot in the dress.

I really don't know but it could be the lamest things like the messed up drawings people make its just a drawing its not like its evil of something of it could be cause they say that she is a slut

I wish ppl would stop calling rouge a "slut" and stuff. Rouge is my 2nd fave character besides espio.
