By far,well for one Casey Kasem voices Shaggy in this one..Shaggy just doesn't sound like Shaggy in Mystery Incorporated..(no offense to Matt Lilliard),I'm just so used to hearing Casey's voice..it just doesn't feel right not hearing Casey's voice coming out of Shaggy's mouth..yeah it sounds strange,but that's just the way I am...oh and the main character showing affection for each other really made stop watching M.I. because I don't mind a hint..but the kissy faces and going on dates and even though are mysteries in it-it's not the same and Scooby just seems to be a side character..and his voice is just not the same,I loved it when he said "r" in in front of almost every word he said like when he called Shaggy "Raggy" I really loved that and miss it and the way Velma treats Shag and Scooby isn't really Velma-ish if you know what I mean...well that's just my opinion on it though.

I like both but scooby seems to be lost in all the romance in Mystery Inc.

The voices, the writing, the art...all well-researched and almost just like the original (and in the case of 2 actors, exactly the same! Bonus points!). Frank makes a great Scooby, too. Even if they did change the outfits, What's New still works way better than Mystery Inc. The romance in MI is a huge distraction and quite annoying as well. Plus, What's New's theme song still runs through my head, whereas I don't recall the much more recent show's at all.

Oh, and Matt Lillard has the amazing ability to suck all humor and interest out of a performance. Thank goodness MI didn't also get Heather North Kenny... >___>

Only modern Scooby-Doo series that I regularly liked. I did like Mystery Incorporated, but that was quite stupid, and I wanted Casey Kasem to voice Shaggy again :(

It's better to just stick with the basics for any good show and/or movie. And we know which of these two choices focuses more upon that.
