If snape had a daughter,what hogwarts house do u think she'd be in?

I think she would be in Slytherin. She would definitely be a brilliant witch! Her parents were both very skilled in magic. I think Snape would want her to be in Slytherin because, as McGonagall said, your house is like your family. I could see her now... So beautiful, a little on the tall side, bright green eyes, and and dark, rich, red/brown hair.

Hm, I'm not sure. I'm torn on this.

On the one hand, I think he'd want her to be in Slytherin. I think there would still be a part of him that would be proud of Slytherin's accomplishments and the fact the he was sorted there. And I think every parent (even if they deny it ;]) wants their child to get sorted into the House they were in.

On the other hand, I think Severus - being a Slytherin, teacher, Headmaster, and observant person - knows what being Slytherin means. There's a quote from Fanfiction that has stuck with me. In it, Severus is talking to the Slytherins after the Welcoming Feast. He tells them, "The other Houses will expect the worst from you." And that's true, isn't it? Wasn't it zei (in cannon) that, "There's no witch of wizard who went bad that wasn't in Slytherin?" They're known for their Dark Wizards, their ambition (almost to the point of being back-stabbers), and their pure-blood supremacy. There's a nasty stigma that comes with the House and the people in it. And I don't think Severus wold want his daughter to go through that, of to go through what he want through.

Perhaps it just wouldn't matter to him which House she was sorted into.

Slytherin. All the way. How many times does Professor Slughorn tell Harry that Lily was a brilliant potioner and belonged in Slytherin House in Book 6?

I think Severus would have been proud to have his daughter in his own House, and what a beautiful girl she would have been.

This is meer on a person view as door the traits and his own words, Severus surely would teach as his own mother taught him the value brains and knowledge. This would place her in Ravenclaw. I believe the words that Dumbledor spoke to him would have stuck in his mind, "I believe we sort to soon." would leave a lasting impression. Severus was honestly a excellent example of every house. Being having traits of all 4, but to me was meer a Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. Yes he was cunning as a Slytherin but he had the brains and skills to pull it off. For if he hadn't had the smarts all those years he wouldn't have fooled the dark Lord for so long.

I feel he would also teach her to be true to herself not to a family linage history.

This is a hard vraag to answer. In my mind she is in Slytherin but she's not your average Slytherin. she proably dosent care about "blood status" and is totally against Lord Voldermort. as for what house Snape would want her in im not sure. i am sure however that he would be proud of her no matter what house she is in.
