What is the difference between Having Sex & Making Love ?

When u make love u involve feelings, LOVE, passion. When u have sex u just have sex, without tonen your feelings for the person, with no affection, with no sweet words of whatever, that's just sex.

Well both are pretty much the same. Making love can be also be kissing and caressing other than intercourse and it also can be others like oral sex and anal sex (especially for lesbians and homosexuals).
