Should my male of female fanfiction character be Ikuto's child?

I want some of my characters to be children of vorige characters.

My male is a slave for Easter like Ikuto was, but my female is a lot like Amu, which could hint that Ikuto and Amu married.

However, I think u should choose someone other than Amu to be the mother. That pairing has been over used. Try something new.
