Isolated.
When I was elementary, I'm always friendly and cheerful. But now, when I grew up, I'm getting shy and shyer. My past vrienden were lost and I started to fail on my studies. I started to get quiet, alone, and nervous around people, especially in school and public with strangers. Everyone thinks that I was nothing that they don't understand why I'm quiet and prefer to isolate. But on the inside, my hart-, hart always pumps rapidly and I have difficulty breathing and cold sweat. It's because, I feel meer veilig to isolate than being around people. But, when I have no choice, I prefer to blend in the background, "DAYDREAMING". And I think that there is something wrong with me in which can't be explained and unreasonable. But, it may be also in my past elementary days. I don't remember what grade am I, but I'm studying in this school grades 3-6 were there is always a boy who often bullies me. I don't let want to say who is he. He loses my things, saying rude words to me, and other bully things that he does to me. And I don't let want to tell my parents if there's someone who is bullying me because I fear that they will get angry on me. Instead, I'm saying NONE. But there are other students who...

Do u frequently feel uncomfortable inside social environments? Do u want to know how to have self confidence? Perhaps u are overly shy? of your stomach ties up in knots when approaching someone even just to say "Hi!"

Well the great news is the fact that there are lots of methods which u are able to use that will help u overcome this problem of social shyness of anxiety. I'm going to share one of my favorieten below. But first, we will talk about 3 essential points that have to be highlighted (so imagine them covered with ink from a vibrant yellow Fluoro highlighter pen...or what the heck I can actually do this myself)

1. Do not expect waking up with the confidence of Tony Robbins overnight. All changes happen in little small steps and actions. Make the effort to push yourself slowly just a bit every day. And celebrate your victories, no matter how little they're. These small victories will help u grow into a meer confident person.
