I actually think the comment about thinking the blood may cause her to have feelings for both Eric and Bill hurt Eric more because he knows that's bullshit.

The little bit of blood Sookie had from ERic never caused Sookie to love Eric. She didn't fall for him until Season 4, and she only had a couple drops of his blood in Season 2. Unlike Bill, who dosed her every chance he got with his blood.

I think she's harder on Eric than Bill, because Eric scares her more. Because she's scared of being in love with Eric and getting her heart broken all over again. So now she's making excuses, like the blood. And she didn't even give him a reason to end it, because she really doesn't have one.

She thinks she's being "smart" by not being with a vampire, but truth is Sookie cannot ignore how she really feels forever. And as we see in the finale, Tara could die without a vampire's help. And shifters/Weres are very dangerous and violent too, not just vampires.

She better wise up, that's all I'm saying. Season 5 is so long away.

Perhaps when Eric gives his Blood to Tara Sookie will end up in the sack with him again assuming that Eric will turn up when he senses Sookies pain.
