If the main villain for The Amazing Spider-Man 3 is the Goblin and the Sinister Six, who do u think would be the six members?

Well we already know Dock Ock, Rhino and gier are four out of the six.
My guess is that the other three are either Kraven the Hunter and Shocker of Carnage and Chameleon.

And then he'll have his own solo feature that's part of the MCU.

We'll have new everything: new love interest (the return of Mary Jane? Here's hoping!), new villains (def. NEW Osborns that's for sure), new actors...So I'm not sure if the plans for the Sinister Six movie will continue.
