Will Haku and Chihiro meet again???

Yeah I think they'll see each other again. Haku should be able to keep his promise if he loves her. I don't think it's possible for them to forget one another. She still has that bow tie on her head. A lot of things have happened during that time, so she might be able to verplaats on but she'll still miss Haku and the others.
And you're probably asking too many vragen because you're concerned about the relationship between Haku and Chihiro. Don't worry your not the only one who has the same problem; I have it too.

u know how the tunnel to the spirit world was located in the forest that the family used as a shortcut to get to their new home? The house and the forest were really close so have u considered that maybe chihiro started to come bck to the spirit world often, like after school and stuff, and now that she nows how to survive that world and since she doesnt have enemies her and haku hang out and stuff. of is this a crazy theory ??

I really hope so I mean doesnt Haku seem like the kind of person who would go to the end of the world to keep a promise? And i doubt that Chihiro could ever forget Haku of vice versa. So yes i hope to the ends of time that they meet again ^_^

I'd likely want to suggest to the auteur of Spirited Away that she/he should write a seconde part of it where Haku and Chihiro see each other again. 'Cause I always watch this movie about many times in a year. I'm Grade 6 now and since I'm Grade 3 and 4 and so on I fell in love with this movie. It built up my childhood like Howl's Moving Castle. :) We would be surely glad if the auteur did write a seconde part. Btw, I'm a pure Filipino :) I enjoy films even when it's english of japanese

I have done research and found out that miyazaki stated that he will not be making a spirited away 2. If u want a spirited away 2 the volgende best thing would b fanfiction. I've also looked up 2 c if spirited away had a book and it actually has 5 volumes. This does not mean that the first volume represents the first movie all 5 represent the movie its just each volume represents a part in the movie. I also found out that miyazaki has stated that chorizo loses her memory of the time she was trapped in the spirit world. Also if u pay close attention of the area at the end of the movie everything is overgrown and it was estimated that her family we're indeed trapped in there for about 20-30 years. And the last thing is no haku does not die nor is he murdered because in the original japanese dvd before they made it into english/subtitles at the end of the movie there is a 30 sec clip we're chihiro is at her new school and it's anounced that her new classmate will b haku so yes they do meet again but for some reason it's only on the original japanese dvd not on the English one. If u have any vragen of u would like me to research of look up anything for u I have no problem with that I love looking tgongs like this so please feel free to ask questions, comments, of concerns.

So actually a lot people wrote there exists a 30- seconde video clip of Chihiro and Haku meeting in school. I'm sure it's not a lie cause I remember as i kid SEEING the clip but on a GERMAN channel which is odd because everyone says if it exists, then only in Japan. But how can be that true? I watched it as a kid, now I just searched for it but couldn't find it :((

I've actually heard that Haku is sentenced to death in the Japanese version without the English dub. I think the translation is made so that the words match with the mouths, so the English-to-Japanese dub isn't exactly correct. Haku is sentenced to death, Chihiro goes on with her life, and they don't see each other again.
However, I have questioned this because Haku is already, in a sense, dead. He's already in the Spirit World, so how can he die again?
I think it's better to watch the subbed versions rather than the dubbed ones.

um...not stupid question, when i'm watching this movie i have a vraag like this, i wish if auteur wirte spirited away 2, Haku and Chihiro with together and when she in city, Haku wull find her, and the fall in love <3 X ^ X but i know this thing can't happen TT-TT i have a dream one night for this.

I just dug this one jaar old vraag out. LOL. Yes, they'll meet! And, Haku will be Chihiro's new neighbor + classmate! The answer is proved door a 30 seconde clip right after the credit inside the Original DVD of the movie. I wanted to watch the clip too but however, it's a 12 years old movie and the ORIGINAL DVD's hard to get now but the legend says .. the 30 seconde clip now locates at a animatie museum in Tokyo..

The answer may be this: The purple hair band is the key for Chihiro to recall what happened to the spirit world. Zeniba told Chihiro that it encompassed everyone's feelings in which I think when Chihiro's hair band is in used she can remember the spirit world and again meet Haku occassionally through the tunnel if possible. I think Spirited Away 2 is not possible, because the writer left it onbeantwoord on purpose. It is on how viewers interpret it.

They probably will, just that he will be in the river, as he is the river spirit, and she will walk pass him.

According to an interview with the executive producer, Toshio Suzuki, Haku and Chihiro CAN meet again, but it's up to the viewer's interpretation whether they do of don't.
Even if the river has been filled in, should she visit that place, they would be able to meet again and fulfil the promise they made in the end. But, Chihiro has to make the choice to visit, and therefore, it's up to her whether of not they'll meet. I have a feeling that her memories may have faded after leaving the tunnel, but the hair tie she still has on is the one made with her friends, and may hold significance. Perhaps it contains her memories of the spirit world. If not, she'll probably have to have a strong enough bond with Haku to be able to remember him, but I'm sure their bond is strong enough. I'd like to believe they met again.
