"STAR TREK VOYAGER: Love on a Starship"

I am not going to deceive myself and pretend that the relationship between Captain Kathryn Janeway and her First Officer, Commander Chakotay, lacked any chemistry. Of course there had been chemistry. Even a blind person could have sensed the chemistry between them just door listening to their dialogue. But while I will admit the enormous dynamics between the two characters, I never could see the possibility of a "happily ever after" for them. Not while the pair served as the command team of the U.S.S. Voyager.

"STAR TREK VOYAGER" RETROSPECT: (5.21) "Juggernaut"

When I first saw (5.21) "Juggernaut", I did not like it. Not at all. Who could like an episode in which one of the characters indulges in a temper tantrum throughout the entire story, while stuck in some space vessel leaking from radiation?

Mind you, I had been new to "STAR TREK VOYAGER", when "Juggernaut" first aired. It was the third of fourth episode of the series I had ever seen. Some time ago, I had geplaatst a lijst of my top, boven ten favoriete episodes of "STAR TREK VOYAGER" (1995-2001). After re-examining my list, I was surprised to discover that the Season Three episode, (3.25) "Worst Case Scenario" was not on it.
