hallo Guys just here to tell u that it's not your fault and u can do something about it, I know that it can be hard to speak out and that sometimes there is a large pool of hurt but there is people that u can turn to for help.

There is a common misconception that there is nothing that u can do... u can and don't let anything tell u otherwise.

I know what it is like and I know how bad it feels, please, please, please no matter what he/she has done to u talk to someone that u know well and can trust, becasue if u just leave it to bottle up on the insde, because it is not worth the pain and the hart-, hart ache that follows.

try to talk to your counciler if u have one because they can help u throuth it too.
