I want to start watching Supernatural, but help me pick an episode to start off with.

my friend got me into Supernatural. I want to watch it, but I can't pick an episode to come into, should I try to find the first episode on the net? of get the first season on DVD?

I was the same. Saw an episode of season 4 and didn't understand it. I've bought seasons 1 - 3 o DVD and LOVE them. I now have season 4 and love that too

u can find every episode on the net,if u start watching SPN very soon,but if u really want everything,like Gag reels and Behind the Scenes,and u want have every episode so u can rewatch everytime u want,I suggest u the DVDs,I t will be easier.And for the episode,I agree with spn4eva,you have to start with the Pilot,the beginning of the story is too important!

seriously, start at the beginning. if ur in the UK, u can pick up season 1 pretty cheap - about £14 - well worth it. they obvs get meer expensive, like i just paid £30 for season 4 which came out here last week lol but yeah start at the start :) x

What I did to get my dad into it, was I went to my local library's website and searched the catalog. I found supernatural season 1 and put it on hold. Along with 2 and 3. And now we own ! and 4. I rly need 2 and 3. Anyway! u can borrow them without spending any money!

Yeah, better start with the pilot. With this show, u don't want to miss a single part of the plot. Some eps u might still understand, but usually they just don't make sense unless u see what came before.
