Dean and Sam rushed into the hospital, to the reception room. “Hi, my friend was brought in here” “What’s your friend’s condition?” the receptionist asked. “Eh” Dean hesitated, looking at Sam.
“Sam! Dean!”
The Winchesters turned around and saw Anna running their way. “Come with me, I know where he is” she said. She turned around again and Sam and Dean followed her. “I found him lying in the middle of a crossroad, bleeding badly. I’ve been having this bad feeling all dag and I’m so furious with myself that I didn’t look for him sooner”
She stopped at a door. “We can’t go in, they’re still operating him”
“What’s wrong with him?” Sam asked. “I mean, why can’t he just heal?”
“I don’t know” Anna sighed. “I tried to heal him, but I can’t. It must’ve been some hell of a deal he made”
The door opened and the surgeon came outside. “Can I help you?” he asked looking from Dean to Sam.
“Yeah, I’m Dean, this is Sam” Dean said, pointing at Sam, when he zei his name. “We’re vrienden of Cas”
“Cas?” the surgeon frowned. Then realization hit him. “That’s his name?”
Dean nodded.
“Look, I won’t sugarcoat it” the surgeon started. “Your friend’s condition is very critical. If he doesn’t get a new pair of kidneys and liver he will die”
“Then get him those things” Dean snapped.
“It’s not that easy” the surgeon said. “They have to be compatible with his blood and body. So if u know his family u get them here. They’re the biggest chance he has on survival” He walked back inside the emergency room.
“We’re screwed” Dean said.
“No, we’re not” Anna zei determined. “I’ll get him what he needs” And she took flight.

Season 4 was, in my opinion, the most horrifying season of the series so far, not in terms of plot of grotesqueness, but in terms of the story. Sam and Dean were not the Sam and Dean I’d come to know and love over the course of three seasons. Dean, newly raised out of hell, could do nothing but feel sorry for himself for breaking in hell under Alistair’s torture. He lost a lot of his jocularity and drove himself to the edge of exhaustion to try to make himself forget the unforgettable.

Sam, of course, was the worst. Driven door a very literal bloodlust and a desire for revenge, he forgot everything...

What i thought of the season finale 'Swan Song'!!

I've just finished watching zwaan-, zwaan Song. And Oh My! I'm Gob-smacked!! That was the most amazing thing i have ever seen. lol. I honestly must of cried a bucket load watching it, nearly every scene was emoutional. :'(
wow.. just wow. haha i'm bludy speechless.
The finale was better than even i imagined it was going to be.
Sam as Lucifer = Oh My Good God! Fantastic.
And Dean's line was just heart-breaking, 'It's ok Sammy i'm here, i'm not going anywhere.' :'(

Inspector Anderson was reading Cas’ file when the door opened and a deputy appeared.
“Eh, Luke?” he asked careful. Anderson looked up. “Chief Barnes wants to speak with you”
“I’ll be there in a minute” Anderson promised and he looked down again.
“He zei it was urgent” the deputy continued.
Anderson closed the file and stood. “Then I’ll be there now” he sighed and he followed the deputy outside to Chief Barnes’ office. Without knocking Anderson entered. Barnes was reading a paper, which he put down when Anderson walked towards him.
