personally I love it,reminds me a lot of S1,which is my favourite but with the add of the glass breaking...it's totally AWESOME!! tied 2 favourite with S5 one!

@shomill, I think the broken glass symbolizes the way their life and the rules governing monsters have changed. It's like shattering everything that came before and sifting through the shards to make sense of what's left. [yes I've thought about this too much]

My favourite!

I loved it, it was amazing. And Shomill yes 2 was amazing but technially what does the first season have to do with the show or the 4 or 5. The first was just the words and some noise, the second I get the fire and their mum, the 3 makes sense the devils trap and all, the fourth doesnt make sense birds?, the fifth doesnt fit either so whats wrong with the glass?

SPN and not making sense?? Sorry I don't buy this..
They always gives us hints even if we don't get them :)

@Zara_Snape, actually the birds represent the wings of angels which were introduced in S4, they're black because the angels aren't exactly trustworthy.
The blood for S5 is incredibly meaningful! It symbolizes the bloodline from Cain and Abel that led down to Sam and Dean and it's what makes them Lucifer and Michael's vessels. Also, Sam drinking demon blood is what led to Lucifer's freedom and Lilith's blood formed his doorway into this world.
