T-ara\'s Soyeon had a photoshoot and interview with \'International bnt\'!

In the interview, she was asked how T-ara got over the \'7 year curse\' of the girl groups. She said, "We listened to our label really well. This is something even our members acknowledge. Since we\'re idols, the label becomes our parents, teaches us everything, and leads us down a good road, so we just followed that."

On why T-ara is so well loved, she said, "As a group, T-ara tried the best not to look pretty or to look cool, but to put out music that a spectrum of ages could enjoy. I think that helped." On what she and the group was doing recently, she said, "We\'re promoting in China and we\'re preparing for our concert. Recently, we had a fanmeet in Japan. We\'re also preparing domestic promotions. Personally, I\'m going to be filming a web drama starting in July. I\'m working with great sunbaenims, so I hope a lot of people take interest."

Since she\'s 30 this year, she was asked what was different now. She said, "I think there\'s a lot of differences. To be honest, my livelihood and my surroundings are the same, but I think after I became 30, my mindset and the way I think has changed. I think my values have changed."

I praise idols that are mid-20s and above especially those that are above 30. How do they have that kind of energy to dance and sing still. Sure they\'re lacking when they perform but it\'s because they don\'t have as much stamina and the dances are pretty intense. I\'ve always loved and supported Tara and I hope they would grow again because their music is amazing. In a way that not many groups are following in the same path. Now because of the article on how even if yoochun isn\'t guilty he would not do well in the industry, I see why when many groups or actors or artist are caught in a controversy, no matter how big their fan base is, they\'ll never reach that same hype. They will be only remebered through the "do you remember when..." But to all the groups that are still fighting and going strong. Thank you!
