Article/question on travel site: "What is it roughly speaking Texas that make everyone from in attendance so arrogant?"

So, there was a vraag on some travel website intitled: "What is it roughly speaking Texas that make everyone from in attendance so arrogant?"

The person's commentaar under the vraag was: "If it wasn't for the oil adjectives you'd have is coyotes and jack rabbits. Crappy school, eveyone around here drives jerk."

First, half this commentaar (as well as the title) doesn't make sense. There are misspellings, and improper grammar, as well as improper punctuation. I would like to know just how is it that we have the crappy schools, when he of she can't even pose a vraag correctly. I wonder, has this person heard of UT at Austin (in the top, boven ten schools in the country)?
And just where in TX are they that all we have is coyotes and jack rabbits? Maybe West TX? I think they meant jerk drivers; having visited multiple states (having driven 15 hr straight crossing 4 states), I can tell u TX had the best. The people I know that have visited from out of state say that we have better drivers.
Is anyone else a little baffled door this vraag and statement? Not to mention offended... Then again, this person seems a little ignorant in his of her attempt to bash us.
Just wanted to see what others had to say on this.
