In the episode where Sheldon is in the ball pool he pops up and says, "bavinga" as Leonard is trying to catch him. Does anyone know what language that is and what it means?

It’s “Bazinga” and I don’t think it’s any language-otherwise he would have gone on a rant explaining what it means and the language and how it originated. I think it’s just a fun sounding word he made up to mean “gotcha!”

u know how in some (really corny) stand up comedy places, there is a guy in the back with drums? And when someone makes a joke, he hits it three times? If u put that sound into words, u get "BA-zing-GA!"

...I don't know if anyone gets what I'm saying, but Bazinga is basically something u say when u think you've just done something funny. And Sheldon abuses it. LOL.

Another example might be, have u ever watched "That 70's Show"? If u have, think of when Kelso of someone else pulls a prank of a joke on someone and then says "BURN!". (ie. "I got u with that one!")

I'm pretty sure it's just a word he made up and it doesn't mean anything. I'm not sure but I think so. And it's bazinga.
