His mama used to sing it to him. I want to see her come over and Shelly'd happen to be sick. Ooooh, even better, Mrs. Cooper comes over and Penny is sick, and she doesn't even have to ask, Mrs. Cooper just sings it too her. Ooooh, I want this to happen!

Soft kitty is great.. i find myself singing it all the time.. definitely a classic big bang theory scene

Never really thought about it but not really. I kind of like it just between Penny and Sheldon, I kind of like when characters have there own little thing together like that, it a bit more funny that way.

Haha I'm not a "fan" of Soft Kitty like I need need need it to happen multiple times a year, I think we get it with about the right frequency. But now that they're branching out on Bazinga and all of that, and the fact that it originally was Mary's song for him...I kinda want to see his reall mama instead of his surrogate mama sing it just one time. Though I'm good with her singing it to Shelly, Penny, or both of them even.

Being honest, not really. I'm so used to it being a Sheldon and Penny thing, that, even though she's the one who sang it to him first, I just want it to be between them :)

I agree ^^^^ I'm not the biggest fan of Soft Kitty either. Personally, I think it was cute the first few times but it's aging rapidly right there with Bazinga. But as Penny is pretty much Sheldon's mom now, and since the real Sheldon's mom is the one that (I was going to say made up the song, but I think the song existed before BBT, right?) originally sang it to him, I'd really like to see her do so. It'd be adorable.
