Amphitrite It's Jason that's falling, you can tell by the hair. Leo's hair is black. My guess is that the dragon went berserk and dropped him. Or, maybe he just didn't know how to control the dang thing!

RoHeHa_6264995 Well yeah, but Jason can fly! He can't just fall down like that! And where are the others?

RickJackson98 Gods damn it thats also the U.K one Ireland will probably get that one too then and I prefer the other one It doesn't look like hes falling it looks more like he done that on purpose like a sky dive or maybe he was fighting an Annemui Thelluia or something (excuse me for spelling)and he looks like he just done a front flip kick because his legs are still back

Odssey this cover is awsome but why do they make different covers for the same book i mean i get hardback and paper back but why change the cover altogether?

Amphitrite Yeah it's an eagle.

RoHeHa_6264995 So what is it doing here on the cover? No don't tell me Jason is son of Zeus, that's just stupid. And don't tell me it's because Zeus is the king of Gods either, that's senseless too.

Amphitrite Maybe it's there because the eagle will play an integral part in the series or the book. I don't think it means that Zeus is Jason's dad, I think we already know who that is. Here's a thought, Eagles use the air currents A.K.A the winds to fly. They just glide across it so they don't have to waste energy that is better spent on catching prey, so maybe Jason can communicate with eagles and other birds of prey like Percy communicates with horses and marine animals.

HecateA Maybe its just paranoia, but the circle above the eagle, the picture reminds me of some egyptian picture I saw. I'm wrong (I hope). I am paranoid for mythology clashing btw

redr053 Yeah, the UK covers of the Percy Jackson books all have "real" people/animals instead of drawings blah. The eagle above the Heroes of Olympus is the UK symbol for the series and I think the covers are different coz the publishers are different o.o hmmm

Epic Riordan Crossover?

Hello fellow Fanpoppers, hollistergurl here.
Now, the titel gives u some clue to what I'm gonna talk about:
A possible crossover from Riordan.
Which two series am I talking about?
For those of u who have read The Serpent's Shadow [final book in The Kane Chronicles trilogy], u may have a clue of what I'm talking about.
Now, before I go onto my analysis, just a warning: if u haven't read this other epic series from Riordan, The Kane Chronicles, I'm providing u with some EPIC spoilers.
Well, they don't really give the story away, but meer of a foreshadow of what is to come...

Shippings

I understand that everyone likes different shippings, but have u ever seen those fans that are so into shipping that they skip part of the book? The ones that the first time the go through the book they just look for hints of their OTP (One True Pairing)?

I have a few things that annoy me about this:

1. It's an action story with some romance.

I know people say this a lot, but if u look it up door genre it's not a romance. I'm not saying there should be no romance in it, I'm saying don't get to influenced door the romance u forget the plot.
