Wanderer notes that there are 9 planets that she has lived on and 4 that she hasn't visited yet, which brings the total of soul-inhabited planets to 13. The whole list of planets is:

We know that she hasn't been to numbers 6, 7, 12 or 13. So the planet that she has lived on are The origin, Earth, The spiders, Vulture world, The See Weeds’ Planet, The mists planet, The singing world, Dragon planet and Summer world. I hope that helps. :)
