The Hunger Games Vraag

What exactly would u call people from Panem?

Like how people from the US are called Americans and people from Canada are called Canadians---what would the Panem citizens be called? I know in the world of The Hunger Games no other country of continent still exists (from what we know), but u can still use things like that. Would they be called the Panish? Panemainians?

Also, what would people from each individual district (and the Capitol itself) be called? Something to do with their numbers of related to their industry? What about the Capitol citizens? Would they be called Capitolines (yes, the Capitoline is indeed Roman)? I've no clue.

Capitolians maybe? And yes, Panish sounds good.
As for the districts - Firsts, Seconds, and so on, I guess.

Panish just sort of rolls off the tongue. I really liked that one. Like a history book years after the end of the series: Katniss Everdeen was a Panish rebellion leader during the seconde Rebellion. Just a thought.

I don't know, I've never thought about that...

And as for the people in the districts, maybe just, for example, if you're from District Five, u are a Five..?

I think Panemians for the country, Capitolites for the Capitol. Possibly Firsts, Seconds, Thirds etc for the individual Districts?
