Ok, this is how it works:
First, you answer or do the previous person's question/dare.
Then, you ask a question/dare depending on what the previous person has said.
Then, you say either Truth or Dare (nothing too daring though. And it has to be Hunger Games related). This is what you want the next person's question to be.
It's that simple. I'll start: Truth

If the Hunger Games were down to two people: You and the other tribute from your district and only ONE could win (there is NO exception) would you kill the other?

Since the previous person didn't give a truth/dare, I'll answer the previous one: Katniss/Cato (quickly ducks under table).

So... I dare TPBM to make a noose as a tribute to The Hanging Tree.

I like Gale better in the book. Cato looks better in the movies. Truth. I dare the next person to draw the mockingjay pin and send it to me (im serious).
