I know this has probably been talked about before, but i just wanted to raise a few more points.

Caeser himself after the conquest started his triumphant games, similar to snow's hunger games. One of caesers events was a " A naval battle was held on a flooded basin at the Field of Mars." that sounds fairly similar to the second book to me.

Cinna an innocent bystander and make-op artist was murdered, very similar to the character Cinna who was confused with an assassin of Caeser was also murdered.

"He established a police force, appointed officials to carry out his land reforms" do we know of a particular president snow who also had a certain force.

Just a few ideas while i was researching Caeser for my case study.
