Is he gone?

I know the Master's never really gone, but will they bring him back soon enough? And if yes, will it be John Simm?

But to be honest I don't thnik that John Simm will be the Master again. The End of Time was like saying goodbye to all Russell T Davies' characters, so even if the Master return he will return in some new Steven Moffat version.
