Every time I click "evict," nothing happens. In play mode whenever I click on this house, it says that no one is home. This is confusing and annoying, please help!

I tried using Debug Enabler to fix this annoying problem, but nothing. I thought Overwatch would solve this problem. I don't want to have to wis my save of restart everything.
