Gosh, his character was such a failure... I still have no idea how a guy that noone has ever seen in town can get ELECTED this town's new meyor.
Than he messed his daughther's life, tried to fight supernatural creatures, was totally forgotten after Caroline said that he'll cause even more trouble just to appear at the end to hug Bonnie... Has anyone actually read the script when they decided to introduce him?!
