S03E09 "Homecoming"

The volgende morning I had to rub the sleep that had formed from the tears last night. I glanced at the clock and saw that it was only seven. Everyone else would be asleep. My phone buzzed on the cracked side tafel, tabel beside my bed and I reached over and checked the text. It was from an unknown number.

I have the witch at the old church outside the tomb. We’re doing this now.

I knew who it was from. She had Bonnie. I gulped and hurriedly pulled on my clothes. After twenty minuten I was ready. I crept out into the hallway and was about to go down the stairs when I stopped. I may never see Aunt Jenna...

We drove swiftly and smoothly back to Mystic Falls. I kept looking across at Damon and his face was still pained. I knew he was angry and upset with himself. We didn’t talk for most of the journey. It wasn’t until we were nearly back that he sighed.
“Elena, I’m so sorry. I shouldn’t have taken u out today.” He stared at the road.
“Damon, don’t say that. I loved it…until the near-attack that is. But it didn’t happen. Which just goes to toon that u are able to resist the blood if u try.” He smiled weakly and looked at me.
