This spell which can calm the stress of the exams has really helped us! But remember, this spell and ritual will only work for calming your stress, to make u feel relaxed and to make u confident about the exams.
u need to find a quiet relaxed spot somewhere which reminds u of the room where u are going to have your exams in, like the clicking of the clock of the furniture which looks similar to the examination room.
-Coloured candles. These colours on the candles would be good: Orange, Yellow, Green, perzik and Purple.
-Stones. These stones would be good: Carnelian, Diamond, Garnet, Lapiz-Lazuli, Onyx and Topaz
u don't have to have all of these things around the cirkel but at least one of two of the coloured candles and one of two of the stones would be very helpful!
When u have settled there mark your cirkel with candles and stones. Markit so that your are inside the circle. Don't mark while being outside the cirkel and then go in!
Then light the candles and walk once clockwise the circle. Sit down in the cirkel in a comfortable position and just relax and close your eyes. Just relax for a few minutes. Keep your eyes closed and then concentrate really really hard seeing yourself in the exam not being stressed at all. Concentrate on seeing yourself how u write down nearly all correct antwoorden to nearly every question. See yourself in the exam being so confident that the exam is even fun! Concentrate on for a few minutes.
Then walk anti-clockwise around the cirkel and afterwards take the stones away and put the candles off. Remember: don’t blow the candles out! Use something like a piece of metal and then squeeze to top, boven out. Then lie down on your bed and relax!
Tips! Stop studying an uur before the test. u probably won't learn anything new in an hour, but u might see something u don't know which can cause additional stress and anxiety. Don't talk about the test with other students once u get there! Everyone is anxious before the test and anxiety can be contagious. Read the entire test before starting and write down a few notes. This can help jog your memory later as u go through the test…
