Because the show portrays her as so "powerful" doesn't mean she's any stronger than the rest. It's always dragon this, dragon that...the others haven't even shown their full power yet. If you really want to go to strengths, tecna can probably even replicate all the winx's spells(through technology), though not as strong as the winx that is specialized in that area.
