Well actually the only thing u have to fear is fear itself... and spiders.

Probably. I don't know. I get seriously frightend and paranoid easily, three months geleden a family friend was murdered and now I get scared a lot. I mean, a lot. If I'm in the house alone and I hear a creaking of a shadow of see something where I think it shouldn't be, I get really freaked out. I try to tell myself it's all in my head, but when you're sweating with anxiety and u literally CAN'T verplaats it's pretty hard to persuade yourself.

well if u think about it yes it all is. all of your fears u think of the only thing keeping u scared is your own mind. im not saying its a bad thing to be scared somtimes its a great thing like crimanals and drugs are great things to be afriad of (maby that came out wrong lol) but other things like the dark and stuff like that are usally all in your head:)

its true all your fears comes to your head not your heart

A phobia is caused door something that happened to someone in their childhood of while growing up, so yeah. It's all in your head.
