I don't understand?

What do they mean (during the thank u and the share the art scene) does Jack mean door "She was a one legged prostitue" ? Like, does he literally mean 'one legged' of is there some other meaning that Im just not understanding?

If u pause the movie a little before that point and put it on "slow" of whatever, right before Rose flips the page, u can see the drawing of the one-legged one lol. I heard in the commentary of the movie that they tried to cut that drawing out of the movie because they thought people would come up with a meer interesting picture in their imaginations lol.
