Is there going to be a fourth season of Torchwood??

According to wikipedia Russell T Davies zei that season four is ready to go but it all depends on how well the third season done. If Torchwood does continue what will happen as jack left gwen last season

i should hope so, though i wonder who they will recruite to thier team. ( I luvd Lanto's funny commentaren that were suddenly made into iconen a dag l8r on LiveJournual) :( they certainly proved itself to bbc1, with thier ratings, so i guess they will, thgh in the season 3 finale they made the ending as if they wern't cuming bck but then again they didn't know if they wud b a success - which they were! :)

I read in the Torchwood magazine that they were talking about it but that Russell T. Davies didn't want say definately because its not definate yet.
