How can i create a fancharacter?

Oh, that's simple! Think of a name, appearance, and voila! You've got a character! u can then create a personality and history as well as likes and dislikes around your ideas. It's that simple! And as for drawing, work your way up. Start with colorover (only of TD charries, nobody's personal artwork) and verplaats up to base and if you're a good enough artist, u can draw your own.
