So, i get really tired of people always complaining about Courtney and how "evil" and "mean" she is. There ARE people who actually like her, u know. i'll just be posting some of the most populair complaints about her, and i'll be well, reasoning with them.
"She cussed in her audition tape!" yes, but she's not the only character to ever cuss. don't take it all out on her.
"She destroyed the set on Rock n' rule!" and she did that to win! what? was she supposed to destroy only a little bit, to be fair?
"She was ALWAYS trying to change Duncan!!!" yes, but, Duncan didn't seem too annoyed door that, he voted her out because of it, but that's about it. if he was REALLY that anoyed with it, he would've confronted her about it, and she would've stopped.
"She was so abusive to Duncan!" no, she kicked him in the groin 4 times, and 3 of them were during pre-relationship/breakup. and she only was "mean" to him about once of twice. i wouldn't call that abuse.
"She was mean to Harold" she had a reason! i seem to remember she was one of the only ones who ever defended him, when Duncan fed him keuken-, keuken grease.
"she unfairly came back to TDA! she wasn't qualified!" i don't see how "unqualified" she was. Chris just picked some random people who fell in the water. i don't seem to remember anyone who complained when Owen came back and was the producer's mole. that was unfair too!
"she cared meer about the money than her own boyfriend!" that may be true. BUT BOTH Duncan AND Courtney have made it clear that thier relationship WON'T get in the way of the win. Why does Courtney get blamed?
"she's a gold-digger, she only wanted duncan for the million!!" um, have u SEEN TDI? Duncan was dirt poor, and Courtney was still dating him! if she was really after money, she wouldv'e tried to go after Owen. besides, in the TDA alternate ending, where Duncan lost, Courtney accepted his invite to dinner. so there.
"she yelled at all of the other contestants to try and face their fears, but Courtney didn't do it her self!" well, she's flawed. i DON'T think Courtney's perfect, and that's why i love her! she tried to have the other contestants face their fears the best way she knew how: yelling at them. AND, for the most part, it worked.
And, to inpakken, wrap it all up, Bridgette and Courtney are friends. would Bridgette really like her if Courtney was evil?
