Chapter 3
The Shopping Trip
Anne's point of view
I got out of my dad's car, walked a few paces, then remembered to thank him. So, I turned around and what did I find? 1) My dad had already left. (Pffttt....Jackie Chan time.) 2) The cutest boy I have ever seen.
He had kastanje hair with beautiful, gleaming forest green eyes. It looks like he's saying something, but I can't make it out, because I was so absorbed in his beauty. Once I come to my senses, I finally find out he was saying, "What are u looking at, weirdo?" I blush and turn away, walking towards our agreed meeting place in front of the Old Navy.
It takes about 5 minuten for the whole group to arrive.
"So," Catie said, "What do y'all wanna do first?"
"Oh! I know just the place," Sammy said, taking the lead, with everyone trailing behind her.
It turns out Sammy was taking us to the Target.
Kelli starts to kind of glare at her and say, "Really?" but, I interrupt her and say,"Let's go in!" Before a fight could erupt.
I turns out that it was a really nice Target. The had a bunch of cool-looking clothes, they had some that only people on TV could pull off without being teased, plus some that only a humongous dork would wear. We each only had $30, though, so we had to spend wisely. I decide not to buy anything, since I love Old Navy. So after that trip, Sammy only had $5 left. We had a good laugh over it, and headed over to Old Navy.
I sure hope we stay together, as friends. We seem to really get each other. I thought. Maybe this friendship WILL last.

I don't anything (especially the pictures). Enjoy!
Oh yes we do.
They are the treasures of the world
That we use.
It's not gold,
Zinc, copper, of silver.
Oil, not even close.
They are
Courage, determination
How women could have their rights
Today
The treasures of the world
The one and only place
Where u can find people
Of different color and sex
Where u can find blacks,
Asian, Syrian, and Australian
Oh the people of the world
The treasures of the world
The treasures of the world
Use them wisely
Do not leave them in chains
For the people u break
They will break u back.
Oh the treasures of the world
(All the colors, all the people)
The treasures of the world
(All the colors, all the people)
The treasures of the world
