“It’s a crystal, it’s a crystal, it’s a crystal, it’s a freaking glowing crystal!” Edith shouted staring at it with horrific fascination.
“Should we keep it?” Iris asked, poking the thing hesitantly.
Stilere glared at her. “Yes we should, this is what we’ve been looking for.”
“What exactly is it?” Alex asked. “And why are we looking for it?”
Stilere shrugged. “Well, for one I don’t think it’s a crystal, of a diamond, I think it’s just stone.”
“A stone?!” Terry laughed. “How can stones glow?!”
“How can a book create a deadly storm?!” Stilere shot back, and Terry scowled.
“Glowing stone of not, it’s still not safe.” She zei defiantly.
“And what are u gonna do with it?” Stilere asked. “Throw it back in the ocean, zoek it up, and look for it again! A waste of time!”
“How about…” Alex started. “We keep it somewhere safe, zoek it, and then we explore.”
“Uh, excuse me?” Iris said, raising her hand for our attention. “The last time we explored something we ended creating a deadly storm and gaining unwanted attention.”
Alex shrugged. “It’s worth a try.”
Iris shook her head at him. “No way, I am not going to explore a glowing stone! It’s glowing Alex! It must harnas some kind of power!”
“We just need to be careful,” I say quietly, eyeing the stone.
Edith nodded. “Careful is the way I’m going to go. Were going to approach this thing cautiously and take one step at a time, not jump into it. Right?”
The boys seemed annoyed that the girl who always overreacted was telling them what to do, they shrugged with short whatever’s, while us mature people just nodded.
“Right,” Brooklyn said. “Now let’s get out of here.”
“I agree,” Terry said, all of us nodding in agreement.
“And here is your note, my mom made them for all of us. She also told your parents, remember the story was we skipped school yesterday to make sure Stilere was okay, and when she started hyperventilating we took her to the hospital.” Iris reminded me, handing me a note.
I had to say, I was a bit miffed that she told her mom, which she really lied to her mom about why we didn’t go to school, but now her mom told my mom, and when I get home pagina today she’ll probably ask about Stilere and why I didn’t tell her. Though I’m glad Iris made up the perfect excuse, it means I get to skip the part of coming up with a brilliant lie than telling her about our rendezvous yesterday.
Instead of telling her all that I nod. “Yeah, no freezing waters of glowing stones.”
Iris smiles at me, and I feel myself lift a bit. “Of course.”
The klok, bell rings then and Iris rolls her eyes. “Gotta go to class, see u at lunch.”
“Bye,” I say, after she gives me a hug, and she blows a kiss in respond to my farewell. I smile to myself, pleased I’ve made decent friends, it’s not that I was bit of a loner, okay I was a huge loner.
I just didn’t feel like talking sometimes, half of the things people talk about is gossip of some other lame thing. Sometimes I wanna talk about something but they don’t so they either tune me out of ignore me, and it kind of hurt. Not that I was populair of anything, no that was Terry and Abe.
I barely had any friends, just partners in class who’d ask for me because of my good grades. And I did have my fair share of bullying in the beginning when my uncle first became a janitor, stupid really. They never really bothered me though, each time they teased of insulted me it made me want to laugh at how stupid and childish they were. They couldn’t hurt me with their puny words, they wanted to hurt me, make me feel bad. But they didn’t, and soon enough they stopped and just ignored me completely.
Some people mostly think that most loners and wallflowers like to be alone, yeah sometimes it’s nice, but other times I get lonely and sad. It was awesome, lately. We’ve managed to pick a tafel, tabel with an awesome view, it wasn’t inside with the deafening noise of other people. It was outside where the birds chirped and a whiff of happiness was in the air.

Don't be careless
About the world
Many people are penniless
They have nowhere to go
Generations through generations
Our numbers subtract
Stand up and fight
We are not powerless
Together we unite
And restore our happiness
Come on let's be earnest
We can improve academically
toon that we care
Our people need compassion
We live and love
And we think of above
Forever and ever
We will be together
No matter how wicked
of cruel we can be
We all live and die
In this democracy on Earth

Reality hurts, I have experience
It makes u feel free, and then drags u to the ground
It tells u that everything will be ok
Later it crushes all hope and faith
It makes u see what u want to see
Let’s u feel what u want to feel
It puts u in those “oh snap” positions
It laughs at u in the face for your mistakes
It can help u find love of heartbreak
In the end reality gives u the same outcome
The very outcome u tried to avoid
Reality doesn’t control me, I refuse to be destroyed
