Renesmee's POV:
I stopped paddleing for a momment and watched Jacob paddle around me. I started to laugh when out of the corner of my eye I noticed a silver volvo driving up to the strand parking lot.
"Oh no." I gasped and duif into the water. I held my breath for as long as I could but I had to come up for air.
"What?" Jacob asked but then followed my gaze to the shore. "Okay nevermind." he zei as his eyes grew as big as mine.
"If u dont get out of here soon, your dead." he said.
"Really? I thought he would throw me a party." I zei sarcastically as he stuck his tounge out at me.
"Got any ideas." He asked me.
"If I did would I still be standing here." I zei still starring in my fathers direction.
"I guess not. Wait a minute! Hes breaking the treaty! Hes not suposed to be here!" Jacob pretty much screamed.
"Damn it Jake shut up! Do u want to draw his attention over here!" I whispered harshly as I put my hand over his mouth. He didnt say anything so I guess that was a no.
"Okay maybe if I swim as fast as I can and run as fast I can he wont notice me, but then he can read min-" I was abruptly cut off when Jacob put his hand over my mouth and had his face just
inches away from my face.
"He can also hear things far away like they were right in front of him." He zei as he pulled his hand away.
"Right forgot about that. Crap. Im so dead." I whined.
"Not if hes dead first!" He zei through his teeth.
"Can u maybe forget about the treaty for one seconde please. Thank you." I zei calmly.
"Ya." he zei with an apologetic smile. "I think were far enough out that he cant tell who u are."
"Its my father. He can not only tell who I am but he could read my mind!" I almost yelled but not in a mean of rude way but in a nervous way.
"True. But if u dont think about--he just looked over here." Jake zei with a worried expression.
"Im so dead." I zei as I put my head in my hands. Jacob came in front of me and pulled my hands down to my sides and lifted my head up.
"Just let me talk to him. He cant do anything to me. Well he probably could but I dont think your mom would be happy with him later on." he zei as he looked in my eyes. I couldnt say anything because I was to busy thinking about what was about to happen so I just nodded.
"Okay well here goes nothing." Jacob zei as my dad walked out to us. I bit down on my lip so hard that I thought I would bite it off. Jake turned around and saw me doing that and raised his eyebrows up with a little smirk.
"Stop that. I can hear u grinding your teeth together in the process." He zei and then turned back to see my father standing before him.
"Renesmee...what are u doing here?" he scolded at me but never took his eyes off of Jacob.
"I-" I started to say but then remembered what Jacob said.
"Im sorry Edward. This is my fault." Jake told him.
"What? Jake I-" I again started to say but he turned around and gave me a look that told me to shut up. I just took a step back and shut my mouth.
"What do u mean this is your fault?" My dad zei firmly.
"I asked her to come here. She tried to tell me that she couldnt but I didnt really listen. She wanted to learn how to surf and this was the closet strand so I thought I could bring her here and she would be safe. I know it was stupid." Jake told him and it sounded really convincing. I tried not to think about anything that would give it away though which was a little difficult. My dad stood there for a minuut and looked from him and then to me. All I did was nod to toon him that what Jake just told him was true. I still probably had that stupid worried look spread across my face.
"I dont know what your up to Jacob but Im not going to let it go. Come on Renesmee were going home." my dad zei as he started to walk away. I looked at the surf board and then to Jake. He smiled at me and nodded.
"Renesmee, now." My father scolded.
"Thank you." I whispered in Jake's ear as I hugged him.
"Any time." he whispered back with a big smile.
I was so not looking vooruit, voorwaarts to the car ride home.
