kateliness2 Um, I think she's not the best influence, but not because she doesn't obey people. (What kind of heroine would she be if she did that?) It's because she sometimes doesn't make smart decisions. Still, I think you're right that she almost always has people's best interests at heart :)

1treehillfan Yeah the fact that she should OBEY edward is a little... sexest in my opinion. It's just like, he loves her romantically, if she wanted to order her around, he could just adopt her. She has a pretty intelligent mind, and she's a legal adult- I think she should be a loud to make her own decisions. And, Edward can give her advice- it's her job to decide if she wants to follow his advice or not. Anyways- Despite all that, Bella began to annoy me towards the end with her urgency and need for sex and her constant scowling and mood changes. Plus, Edward loved her- it was very annoying that she kept drooling over that mongrel, Jacob. I mean, I love Bella... but I was very dissapointed in her character, but that could be partially because I DESPISED breaking dawn. It's alright though, because atleast in the end of BD she was acceptable again.

ECBCJB she isnt a bad influence at all. she always had other peoples best interest at heart. and in BD she did change a little. she was more into herself and what she wanted. which i can understand. who wouldnt want to be with the love of their life in everyway possible? which includes sex. she just wanted to experience that as a human since they were sure she wouoldnt be able to think or feel about anything except her bloodlust. i can understand the urgency. she is responsable--did her homework kept the house cleaned cooked dinner.... its a fight for me everyday to get my daughter to clean her own room let alone help with the dishes and dinner lol. she is a legal adult and she can listen to everyones advice but she shouldnt have to obey. she is free to make her own mistakes and her own decisions.

renesmee09 She is always thinking about her mom Renee and Charlie and other people. How can she be a bad influence? When the Cullens were protecting her..all the thought about was them getting hurt. When she came to Forks when Renee got married, she wasn't thinking about herself. She is more mature than most teens her age. Taking her of her mom and things that need to be done. How can that be a bad influence? She is a very responsible adult.

mirrakule I am so sick of people saying that bella is a bad influence. If these people had actually read the books instead of skimming thru them or going by word of mouth they would understand that she is one of the best people in the world. More people should think like her because she is selfless. She always has everyones best interests at heart and she always puts others before herself. Granted Edward got a little crazy sometimes but if you were a danger magnet and you had a totally awesome guy looking out for you I don't think people would mind so much. And most of it was for her own safety. Jacob in Edwards opinion is unstable and he really is. (wedding anybody?) but yes he should have let her make her own decision as far as that went because she rebelled and she went and tried to see Jake anyway. I don't think that it would have been such a big thing if he had let her be an adult and make the decision in the first place.

bella_edward i think that bella is selfless,very caring of others.she does not care what edward is...i wish people could look at me that way sometimes. i does not matter if she obeys edward or not she's a person with a brian and she's used it quite well if i do say so ...and she can't help that the radar in her brain points her to danger instead of safty. also when Edward left (as much as i love him)he was wrong,and he ended up pushing jacob and bella together so if you get really in to the story it's really edward making the mistakes. I TRULY WISH EDWARD WAS MY DRAEM CAUSE THEN NOONE COULD HAVE HIM MUWAHAHAHA!!! sorry evil moment byez! and write back pleeeezzz
