i doubt it..i think the twilight movie made 7mil on the midnight premiere..it'd be a miracle if it jumped up to 22mil or more

Half Blood Prince broke midnight ticket records. In my relatively small suburb alone, the theater sold out eight theaters for the midnight showing weeks in advance. I'm sorry, but New Moon just doesn't have that appeal.

There is no way that New Moon could beat Harry Potter with it's massive fan base. I mean, sure Twilight has a huge number of fans but we don't come close to them. HP also appeals to a wider audience.

HP6 was a disaster seriously speaking.....i was ABSOLUTELY disappointed with it. i WANT New Moon to top HP6!! i feel HP movies are over-over-rated! They really mess up the books!

Here in Austria i very much doubt it. Not cause Twilight isnt popular,but people had to wait nearly two years for Harry Potter and they were and still are flipping out. So i dont think it will beat that, but it will be sucessful
